- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have to say that after trying to register with this surgery this morning, I've had a better level of customer services in third world countries. I contacted them this morning in order to get an emergency appointment as i've had gastroenteritis for the previous week and it's now got to the point where not only is it embarrassing, but incredibly painful too. I was told that there would be an appointment at 11.10, but I needed to come in earlier to register. Once registered I was told that I don't have an appointment and that i will be seeing the duty doctor and that could take three to four hours. Why on earth they never explained this on the phone is beyond me. If this practice had a customer charter, I can only imagine that it was written by pixies on toilet paper.by Collin DixonJuly 17, 2017
