- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Incredibly slow groomers. I think that Unique Pets has become a victim of its own success, especially the grooming side. The down side is that the groomers they employee have only recently qualified and this means that they don't have the speed, knowledge of experience to back them up and you end up putting your life on hold for hours waiting around. This isn't a reflection on the staff themselves, as they are all so passionate and knowledgeable and once the team are up to speed, I'm sure they'll be brilliant.by Collin DixonJanuary 16, 2017
